● Thursdays: Online consultations only.
● Saturdays: In-person consultations at Ballina Medical Centre.
● Friday clinic dates: 11 September, 9 October, 6 November and 11 December 2026.
● All other Fridays: Online consultations only.

A comprehensive assessment of your clinical history, dietary intake and health goals, followed by personalised strategies for managing diet-related health conditions.

In Person or Online Payment in full upon booking

Review Consultation

Duration: Up to 30 Minutes (incl. €15 administration fee)

A follow-up appointment to assess your progress, review recent blood test results or dietary changes and adjust your ongoing nutrition plan.

What to Expect

Initial consultations are comprehensive one-hour assessments tailored to your clinical history, dietary habits and health goals. Review consultations last up to 30 minutes.

Before Your Consultation

Please complete the appointment questionnaire and 3-day food journal before your consultation. If your appointment relates to gastrointestinal symptoms, please also complete the symptom evaluation form and 7-day food chart. You may email the completed forms to info@marybourkedietitian.ie or bring them with you to your appointment.

Policies & Receipts

Payment: Full payment is required at booking. Receipts are issued for tax rebates and health insurance claims, depending on your plan.

Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before an appointment are refunded minus a €15 non-refundable administration fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and non-attendance incur the full consultation fee.
